What kind of handbag would you pair with a pair of red, patent, peep-toe shoes?
handbag shoes
Do you or don’t you think that a matching patent handbag would be…I dunno, too much? Also, how would you combine the shoes (if you could) on a corporate outfit? Voters would have to decide the best answer on this. Thanks for answering
Well, It depends on the tone of red on the shoes and the outfit. If you wanted to match colors you could get a bag with patent trim accent versus all patent. Melie Bianco makes a day to evening envelope clutch / shoulder bag that could work well and only cost $29.99.
I get most of my trendy handbags / fashion purses from a website called Kiikas.com the prices are great, there shipping is lightning fast and they have a great 100% money back guarantee. I added the source / link to there patent Handbag Category but if you type in the word red in the search box there is another Melie Bianco Clutch of cream, blue and red colors that should be very nice.
As for a corporate outfit if they are not the super trendy platform style you can wear it with any skirt suit or pant suit. You could blow it away with a perfectly tailored high waisted slightly longer pencil skirt and silky well fitting colorful button down top. Pair that with great jacket if you need the ultra professional look.
If the shoes are platform / trendy then I would stick to pantsuits only, that way you have a hint of fun and the pants will tone things down a bit.
For skirts, suites and jackets I love the TAHARI brand and you can usually find them at Marshalls or TJMaxx priced under $100.
I would only use colors like in cream, Ivory, blue, brown, white or black.
Sorry for the long answer I got carried away….lol !!
Small red bag/tote =]
Depends on how big your carbon footprint is
ummm… id go w/ a black tote/handbag maybe patent leather but no more red!
♥
well at coach they have red bags that are like really cute!!!
and u can go to american eagle and hollister and maybe abercrombie and they have some cute hand bags and totes that could be red………..good luck!!
a small red bag or a tote would be good because i agree a matching patent bag would be too much, also your bag and shoes don’t have to match
a big red patent bag might be much…. so not that.
wear a beigeish bag
and wear your shoes with dark pants
red clutch bag :]
i don’t think it would be too much.. i’d wear black skinny jeans with a nice red thick belt and black top.
I’d go for a red patent handbag, but a smallish one, or a really oversized bag. I’d wear it with a black pencil skirt and white or black fitted shirt, with a red patent waist belt!
My fashion advisor tells me that the matching handbag is perfect.
Also, she says that the red shoes and a black bag would go well with a toned-down navy or grey outfit.
I would say a black or a red one or a faux fur black one sexy grrrrrrrrrr
Matching, red leather
I wouldn’t add a red bag. I probably also would not wear the peep toe in a corporate setting but that’s just me, the shine and open toe just seem a bit ‘dressy’ for work but I can’t see the shoe so maybe I’d change my mind after seeing them.
Depending on what you’re wearing you can carry a bag in any of the basic "neutrals" … navy, brown, black or a caramel color.

This is a really cute clutch. A really good idea would be a clutch.
A red handbag/clutch/tote would be okay with an offsetting black jacket and skirt with a neutral blouse underneath.
If not wearing black, go with a black bag/tote/clutch. If you wanted to wear a neutral colored jacket and skirt with a vibrant blouse.
It depends on what you are wearing!! I say if you are wearing all black with the red shoes it ‘s ok to wear a little red handbag.
